Account and sign-in
How do I create an account?
Tap Sign Up. Enter your email and tap Email me a link, or tap Continue with a wallet and sign the message in MetaMask, Phantom or another browser wallet. There is no password. You must be 18 or older.
I didn't get the sign-in email
Check your spam and promotions folders. Each link expires after a short time, shown when you ask for it, so request a new one if it has run out. If you see Too many attempts, wait a few minutes and try again.
Does signing in with a wallet cost anything?
No. Signing the message only proves the wallet is yours. Nothing is sent from it and no fee is paid.
It says sign-in isn't available in my region
Slotified can't accept players from some countries. Using a VPN or proxy to hide where you are is against our Terms, and accounts found doing it can be closed.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed.
How do I change my nickname?
Open Account and edit your nickname. You can change it once, so pick one you'll keep.
Can I hide my name from other players?
Yes. Switch on hidden mode on your Account page and your bets show as Hidden in live feeds, leaderboards and chat.
How do I keep my account safe?
Your account is as safe as your email inbox and your wallet. Use a strong password and two-step login on your email, never share your wallet's recovery phrase, and only sign in from a bookmark of slotified.com. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or ask you to send crypto to unlock anything.
Deposits
How do I deposit?
Open Wallet, then Deposit. Pick a coin and a network, copy the address and send from your exchange or wallet. New to crypto? Read Getting crypto and paying in.
Which coins can I use?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), BNB, Polygon (POL), Dogecoin, Cardano, Bitcoin Cash, Tron and USDSM, on the networks listed in the wallet.
What is the minimum deposit?
It depends on the coin and network, and is shown in the wallet next to the address. Anything below the minimum may not be credited.
How long does a deposit take?
It lands as soon as the network confirms it. Tron, Solana and the layer-2 networks usually take seconds to a few minutes; Bitcoin can take up to an hour.
My deposit hasn't arrived
Check it under Recent transfers. If it isn't there after an hour, find the transaction ID (hash) in your exchange or wallet and email it to us with your username.
I sent coins on the wrong network
Email us straight away with the transaction ID, the coin and both networks. Coins sent on a network we don't support usually cannot be recovered, which is why the wallet asks you to match the network every time.
What is USDSM and why is my balance in it?
USDSM is a stablecoin worth one US dollar. Whatever coin you deposit is converted to it, so your balance doesn't rise and fall with the crypto market while you play. The rate is shown before you send.
Can I pay by card or bank?
Slotified runs on crypto. Where card or bank payments are available in your country, they appear in the wallet as Card Payment or Bank Transfer.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Open Wallet, then Withdraw. Pick the coin and network, paste your own address on that network and enter the amount.
What are the limits?
The minimum is $10 a withdrawal. The maximum is $10,000 a day and $300,000 a month.
Are there fees?
We don't charge a withdrawal fee once you have wagered your deposit at least once. The blockchain charges its own small network fee on every transfer.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Withdrawals are checked before they are released, and the first one may need identity verification. You can follow it under Recent transfers. If it has been pending for more than a day, email us with your username.
Where can I withdraw to?
To an address you own, on the same coin and network you pick. We may ask you to withdraw by the same method you deposited with.
I entered the wrong address
Email us at once. Once a withdrawal is released and sent, a blockchain transfer can't be reversed.
Verification
Do I have to verify my identity?
Not to start playing. We may ask before a withdrawal, at any time for security, and always once your deposits reach $10,000 in total.
What documents do I need?
A photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. Sometimes a selfie as well.
How do I get my documents accepted first time?
Photograph the whole document flat on a dark surface, with all four corners in the shot, no glare and no flash. Make sure the name matches your account.
How long does verification take?
Most checks take a few minutes. Some need a manual review, which takes longer. You'll see the status in your account.
Why do you need this?
Our licence requires us to know who our players are, to keep under-18s out and to stop fraud and money laundering. Read our KYC Policy.
Games
Can I play for free?
Games marked Demo available can be played for fun first. You need to be signed in.
A game froze or I lost connection mid-round
The round finishes on the game studio's server, so the result still counts. Reopen the game and your balance updates. If something still looks wrong, email us the game name and the time.
Why are some games locked or missing?
Some studios can't offer their games in every country. A locked game can't be played from where you are.
Are the games fair?
Every game uses its studio's own certified random number generator, which we can't change. Bets and payouts are recorded on a public blockchain. See Fairness.
Where can I see a game's RTP?
In the game's own info or paytable screen. Our guide How to read a casino game explains what it means.
Rewards
What rewards are there?
Rakeback gives back part of what you wager. Missions pay for small goals. Races pay the top of the leaderboard. VIP levels rise as you play and unlock better rewards. Find them all under Rewards.
How do I claim rakeback?
Open Rewards and tap Claim. It moves to your balance straight away.
Do rewards have wagering requirements?
Some bonuses do. If a reward needs to be wagered before you can withdraw it, the reward shows how much, and how much you've done.
Where is my VIP progress?
On your Account page under Rank.
Refer and earn
How does referring work?
Every account has a referral code. When someone signs up through your link, they're yours, and you earn a share of their losses every month, in crypto.
Where's my link?
On your Account page, or on Creators, where you can also make a code with your own name and get links to any page.
My friend signed up but isn't showing
They need to sign up through your link, on a device that hasn't already used someone else's link in the last 30 days. You can't refer your own second account.
Where do I see what I've earned?
On your Account page and on Creators: totals, this month, and per code.
Safe play and your account
How do I take a break or self-exclude?
Email us from the address on your account with SELF-EXCLUDE in the subject. It takes effect within 24 hours.
How do I close my account?
Email us from the address on your account and ask us to close it. You can withdraw your full balance when you close.
Where can I get help with gambling?
