Crypto Deposits FAQ

How do I deposit using Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin?

Log in to your Slotified account, go to the “Cashier,” choose your preferred cryptocurrency, and a unique wallet address or QR code will be displayed for your transaction.

Which cryptocurrencies does Slotified accept?

We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and select region-specific coins depending on availability. Bitcoin Lightning Network is also supported for faster payments.

Where do I find the wallet address to send crypto?

Once you choose your coin in the deposit section of the cashier, a one-time-use wallet address will be generated for your account. Copy or scan it carefully — each deposit requires a new address.

How long does a deposit take to reflect in my account?

Most crypto deposits are confirmed and credited within 5–15 minutes. Bitcoin via Lightning is typically instant. Network congestion may cause delays, especially on Ethereum.

I sent crypto but don’t see it in my balance — what should I do?

First, confirm the transaction was sent to the correct address. Then wait up to 30 minutes for network confirmation. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact support with your transaction ID and coin type.

What happens if I send the wrong coin to the address?

Sending the wrong cryptocurrency to a non-compatible address (e.g., ETH to a BTC address) may permanently lose your funds. Always double-check that the coin matches the wallet type shown.

Do I need to send an exact amount?

No, but your deposit must meet the minimum threshold to be credited. Some bonuses require a minimum deposit to activate, so always check the terms before sending.

Are there deposit limits?

Yes. The minimum deposit varies by coin (e.g., 0.0005 BTC, 0.01 ETH). Maximum limits depend on your player class, deposit history, and regional rules.

Can I deposit using a friend’s wallet?

No. For compliance and fraud prevention, deposits must be made from wallets you personally control. Third-party wallets are not allowed and may lead to delays or rejected deposits.

Do you auto-convert crypto to my local currency?

No. Your casino balance is credited in casino units based on the real-time crypto value at the moment of confirmation. You play and wager using these units.

What are gas/network fees and who pays them?

These are transaction processing fees charged by the blockchain (not Slotified). They vary depending on network activity and must be paid by you, the sender.

Is there a fee to deposit crypto?

Slotified does not charge any fees for crypto deposits. However, blockchain network fees may apply and are paid during the sending process.

What is the Bitcoin Lightning Network?

It’s a high-speed payment protocol built on top of Bitcoin that allows near-zero fee transactions and instant confirmations. Slotified supports Lightning for faster BTC deposits.

Can I use a mobile wallet or QR code?

Absolutely. Scan the QR code displayed in your cashier with your mobile wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase) to avoid typos and speed up the deposit.

Can I reverse or cancel a crypto deposit?

No. Blockchain transactions are final once sent. Always double-check the wallet address, coin type, and amount before confirming your transaction.

Can I deposit from an exchange wallet?

Yes, but it’s safer to send from a personal crypto wallet. Some exchanges use delayed or batched transfers, which can lead to timeout or underfunding issues during deposit validation.

Why hasn’t my crypto deposit reflected yet?

Most delays are not Slotified delays. Crypto transfers need to be confirmed on the blockchain first. While that confirmation is still in progress, your deposit will not credit yet. Once the transaction confirms, it usually appears in your Slotified balance within seconds.

How do I check if my crypto deposit is actually going through?

Open your crypto wallet and find the transaction you sent. Tap into it and look for the transaction ID (also called a hash) and the confirmation status. If the wallet shows it is still pending, the blockchain hasn’t finished processing it yet.

What does “confirmations” mean?

A confirmation is the blockchain’s way of finalising your transaction. Until enough confirmations are reached, the transfer is not treated as complete. Once the confirmations are done, Slotified can credit the deposit.

My wallet says “sent” but Slotified hasn’t credited me—why?

“Sent” usually means your wallet broadcast the transaction. That is not the same as “confirmed.” The transaction still needs to be accepted and confirmed on the blockchain. Check the transaction status and confirmations in your wallet.

Why does it sometimes take so long?

Network congestion, low transaction fees, and the specific crypto network you used can all slow processing. This is normal with crypto at busy times. Slotified cannot speed up blockchain confirmations.

Does Slotified refresh my balance automatically while I wait?

Yes. Slotified checks for deposit updates frequently (about every few seconds). You do not need to keep refreshing the page. The moment the blockchain confirmation is complete, the balance typically updates shortly after.

How long should I wait before I worry?

If your transaction is still pending in your wallet, it’s usually just waiting for blockchain processing. If your wallet shows the transaction is confirmed but your Slotified balance still hasn’t updated after a reasonable short period, then it’s time to contact support with your transaction ID.

What should I send to support if my deposit is confirmed but not credited?

Send the transaction ID (hash), the crypto network used, the amount, and the time you sent it. That information lets support trace the payment and confirm where it is in the process.

Can a deposit fail even if I sent it?

Yes, if the wrong network was used or the address details didn’t match what Slotified provided, the payment may not credit correctly. Always use the exact address and network shown in the Slotified deposit flow.

What’s the fastest way to avoid delays next time?

Use the correct network, double-check the address, and avoid using extremely low network fees when your wallet gives you a fee choice. Faster confirmations generally come from normal fees and less congested network periods.
